Forms of payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay , ShopPay and Amazon Pay.

Why is my order being declined?

It is crucial to provide accurate credit card information when placing an order, including an exact match of the name on the card, billing address, and CVV code. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, both addresses must be entered separately during checkout.
  • Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sales that are site wide.
  • Only one price adjustment per item will be made.
  • The original form of payment used to purchase the item will be credited for the price adjustment.

Why are there multiple charges to my account?

Any failed or declined payments will result in pending charges to your account. These charges will be released back into your account within a few business days depending on your bank.

Orders & Shipping

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it is in progress. These changes include shipping address, product size, or product quantity. Please email us at info@luckyrose.com or call 480-866-8660.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Economy Shipping (UPS Ground Economy)

Our standard Economy Shipping service typically involves a processing and shipping time of 1-3 business days from our warehouse. If you choose this shipping option, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) once it has been shipped. For orders under $100, Economy Shipping costs $8, while orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Priority Shipping (shipped via UPS 2 day)

With our Priority Shipping option, we'll begin processing your order once we've obtained credit card authorization and verified your shipping address. For express deliveries within the Continental United States, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after it has been shipped. Please make sure to provide a physical address for delivery, as UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, and the cost of Priority Shipping is $24.00.

Express Shipping (UPS Overnight) 

Orders with Express Shipping are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. For UPS Next Day Air deliveries within the Continental United States, you can generally expect your package to arrive within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after shipment. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii, and a physical address is required for FedEx Next Day Air deliveries since P.O. boxes cannot be used. Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped out the same day, while orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next business day. The cost of Express Shipping is $42.00. Additionally, please allow for 4-6 business days of processing and shipping time during sales or promotional periods. Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order on Friday, it will not be processed until the following week.

Shipping Policy

While we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all packages, Lucky Rose cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked as delivered to the specified order address according to tracking information. If this occurs, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to request a thorough investigation into the matter.

Typically, orders are delivered within 3-8 business days of the tracking information being initiated. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for stolen packages if the shipping carrier confirms delivery, and that any packages marked as delivered should be brought to the attention of the carrier for further inquiry. It's also important to note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and cannot offer shipping charge refunds if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed delivery times.

Damaged Product

Please notify our customer care team within 24 hours if your package arrives damaged and attach a photo of the damage so we can assist you in the best possible manner. You can also email us at info@luckyrose.com 

What if my package is stolen?

Lucky Rose cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.

Pricing Policy

Pricing Policy

If the price of an item you have already purchased on the Lucky Rose website is marked down, we will be happy to adjust the sale price upon your request within 10 days of the shipment date. However, certain terms and conditions must be met in order to receive a price adjustment. The following conditions apply:
  • The item for which you are requesting a price adjustment must be identical in color and size to the item you originally purchased.
  • We are unable to match order-level discounts, affiliate discounts, gift card promotions, or shipping offers.
  • We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on items in a flash sale.
  • Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sales that are site wide.
  • Only one price adjustment per item will be made.
  • The original form of payment used to purchase the item will be credited for the price adjustment.

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

After checkout, it is not possible to make any changes, modifications or cancellations to your order. Please note that items covered under discount codes 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

 Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the shipped date, and will not be accepted after this period.
  • We accept only unworn and unwashed merchandise, free of any stains, odors, or wear, with all product tags attached in their original condition.
  • Merchandise will be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLYwithin 15 days of receiving return at our warehouse. If a shipping label is provided, we will deduct $9.00 from the store credit. The store credit will be for the amount paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping charges.
  • You will receive an email notification once we receive your return.
  • Please include the original return slip and any notes with the returned merchandise to help us understand why it is being returned.
  • Note that the exact colors and patterns of merchandise may vary due to lighting and computer resolutions, and these variations do not qualify as damaged or defective items.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number.
  • Lucky Rose is not responsible for any lost returns.

Store credit:

After we receive and process your return, an E-gift card will be issued to you in 3-5 days as store credit. The E-gift card will be valid for one year from the original issue date.

Please note that there will be NO STORE CREDIT  available for the following:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Intimates such as bras/bralettes
  • Tights
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Makeup
  • Earrings and/or necklace sets including earrings

If any of these items are returned, they will not be refunded or sent back to you.

In case a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," store credit will be issued after deducting any return shipping fees associated with the package.

EXCHANGES

Due to high demand and limited quantities of our merchandise, we will not be offering exchanges on any of our merchandise. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. To ensure availability of your desired item and size, we suggest purchasing it first and then returning the item you wish to exchange. This will prevent the item from selling out or your preferred size becoming unavailable.

 DEFECTS OR DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to shipping@luckyrose.com along with a photo of the damage or defect.

  • Failure to report such issues within 72 hours will result in the merchandise no longer qualifying for a return or replacement.
  • Please note that any damages to clothing caused by improper handling or incorrect sizing will not be our responsibility.
  • Additionally, please keep in mind that the actual colors of the merchandise may differ slightly due to lighting and computer resolutions, and clothing patterns may also vary, but these differences do not constitute damage or defects and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.

Store credit and Credit expiration

Store credit is issued in the form of a gift e-card via email which will contain a code. That code can, then, be entered in the “gift card or discount code” section during checkout. Each E-gift card will expire one(1) years after the original issue date.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The cost of shipping will be deducted from store credit.
