GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION

To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

After checkout, it is not possible to make any changes, modifications or cancellations to your order. Please note that items covered under discount codes 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

RETURNS

Sometimes the things we love don’t always work out. No problem!

 Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the shipped date, and will not be accepted after this period.
  • We accept only unworn and unwashed merchandise, free of any stains, odors, or wear, with all product tags attached in their original condition.
  • Merchandise will be refunded within 30 days of purchase. If a shipping label is provided, we will deduct $9.00 from the amount refunded.. The refund will be for the amount paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping charges.
  • You will receive an email notification once we receive your return.
  • Please include the original return slip and any notes with the returned merchandise to help us understand why it is being returned.
  • Note that the exact colors and patterns of merchandise may vary due to lighting and computer resolutions, and these variations do not qualify as damaged or defective items.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number.
  • Lucky Rose is not responsible for any lost returns.

 

Please note that there will be NO REFUNDS  available for the following:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Intimates such as bras/bralettes
  • Tights
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Makeup
  • Earrings and/or necklace sets including earrings
  • Gift cards

If any of these items are returned, they will not be refunded or sent back to you.

In case a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," store credit will be issued after deducting any return shipping fees associated with the package.

EXCHANGES

Due to high demand and limited quantities of our merchandise, we will not be offering exchanges on any of our merchandise. To ensure availability of your desired item and size, we suggest purchasing it first and then returning the item you wish to exchange. This will prevent the item from selling out or your preferred size becoming unavailable.

DEFECTS OR DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to info@luckyrose.com along with a photo of the damage or defect.

  • Failure to report such issues within 72 hours will result in the merchandise no longer qualifying for a return or replacement.
  • Please note that any damages to clothing caused by improper handling or incorrect sizing will not be our responsibility.
  • Additionally, please keep in mind that the actual colors of the merchandise may differ slightly due to lighting and computer resolutions, and clothing patterns may also vary, but these differences do not constitute damage or defects and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
