Shipping Methods Offered

Economy Shipping (UPS Ground Economy)

Our standard Economy Shipping service typically involves a processing and shipping time of 1-3 business days from our warehouse. If you choose this shipping option, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) once it has been shipped. For orders under $100, Economy Shipping costs $8, while orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Priority Shipping (shipped via UPS 2 day)

With our Priority Shipping option, we'll begin processing your order once we've obtained credit card authorization and verified your shipping address. For express deliveries within the Continental United States, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after it has been shipped. Please make sure to provide a physical address for delivery, as UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, and the cost of Priority Shipping is $24.00.

Express Shipping (UPS Overnight) 

Orders with Express Shipping are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. For UPS Next Day Air deliveries within the Continental United States, you can generally expect your package to arrive within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after shipment. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii, and a physical address is required for FedEx Next Day Air deliveries since P.O. boxes cannot be used. Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped out the same day, while orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next business day. The cost of Express Shipping is $42.00. Additionally, please allow for 4-6 business days of processing and shipping time during sales or promotional periods. Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order on Friday, it will not be processed until the following week.

Shipping Policy

While we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all packages, Lucky Rose cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked as delivered to the specified order address according to tracking information. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-8 business days of the tracking information being initiated. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for stolen packages if the shipping carrier confirms delivery, and that any packages marked as delivered should be brought to the attention of the carrier for further inquiry. It's also important to note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and cannot offer shipping charge refunds if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed delivery times.

Damaged Product
